Abstract
Herpes simplex virus (HSV) types 1 and 2, typed by an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), were isolated at different clinical episodes from five people with genital herpes. This finding has important implications for assessing resistance to antiviral drugs in therapeutic studies.Keywords
