Abstract
We describe measurements of the pulsed photoconductivity of certain silicon-tellurium-arsenic-germanium (S.T.A.G.) glasses and of certain arsenic-selenium alloys in the temperature range from 1–2 to 120 K. A rapid increase in the photo response occurs as the temperature is lowered below 10 K.Keywords
