Abstract
Studies in humans have linked diet to an estimated 35% of all cancer deaths. Research in experimental models is confirming and helping to explain some of these diet/cancer relationships. This article presents an overview of research on the role of diet and nutrition in the prevention and adjuvant therapy of cancer.Keywords
