Abstract
Oligonucleotides aminated at the 5′-end were bio-tinylated with a water soluble N-hydroxysuccinimide ester of biotin in large scale. The biotinylated oligonucleotides were purified by reversed phase HPLC.This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
