Abstract
Three complete Rydberg series, 2p2P°-ns2S, 2s2S-np2P°, and 2p2P°-nd2D, extending to the ionization limit have been observed in the spectrum of N V excited in a low-pressure, high-voltage condensed capillary discharge. An ionization limit of 789 516±24 cm-1=97.8816±0.0030 eV has been determined from these long series for N v.Keywords
