Abstract
The toxicity of colchicine, DFP, intocostrin, and KCN was increased 33, 45, 76, and 110%, respectively, in white mice that were exposed to 4[degree]C for 24 hrs. and maintained in the cold after subcut. injn. Animals that were acclimatized to the cold for 28 days previous to injn. were no more susceptible to DFP than were the controls treated at room temp. Keywords
