Abstract
In the exptl. plots and commercial applications, dry-mixed DDT dust and suspensions of DDT in water did not give satisfactory control of the pea aphid. All of the various DDT emulsion sprays tried gave excellent kills, but some caused plant injury which was attributed 1) to direct action of solvent or emulsifier on the plant or 2) to excessive amts. of either one or the other of these ingredients.Keywords
