Abstract
In February, 1970 a burial was found in the village of Bac on the San Xavier Indian Reservation. Of special interest was the discovery of a Hopi polychrome bowl included as part of the burial goods. The bowl dates about A.D. 1700. The presence of this bowl indicates some type of trading relations between the Indians of northern and southern Arizona at that time.
