Abstract
The level scheme of has been investigated experimentally and theoretically. Band crossings due to protons and neutrons as well as the second backbend in the yrast line have been observed. The triaxial cranked shell model has been applied in order to study the quasiparticle content of different bands and to determine the underlying nuclear shape.
