Abstract
This is a survey of 762 cases of attempted suicide occurring in the largely rural areas of Shropshire and parts of Montgomeryshire, during an eight-year period. The annual incidence was shown to be increasing at a rate beyond that which could be expected. It was, however, lower than the equivalent rate found in urban communities. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
