A Case of Nondermatophytic Toe Onychomycosis Caused by Fusarium oxysporum

Abstract
• The case history of a patient with nondermatophytic onychomycosis of the great toenail due toFusarium oxysporumis presented. The occurrence ofFusariumonychomycosis, although not rare, is infrequent. This fungus may not be recovered from clinical material if the specimen is cultured only on media containing cycloheximide.
