Abstract
In recent years a great deal of attention has been paid to the effect of temperature and moisture on the life history of insects. Uvarov (8), 2 in 1931, summarizes the literature on insects and climate. Chapman (2) discusses the ecological effects of temperature and moisture, and also reviews some of the recent literature on these important factors. More recently, Buxton (1) discusses and reviews the literature on the effect of atmospheric moisture on insects. Keywords
