Abstract
The twelve bis(trifiuoromethyl)methyleneamido-complexes of the Group IVB elements have been synthesised, Me4 –nM[N:C(CF3)2]n(M = Si, Ge, or Sn; n= 1–4). They are relatively volatile, colourless (Ge) or yellow (Si or Sn) liquids. I.r. and 1H and 19F n.m.r. spectra are reported. More selective data are also available on u.v. and photoelectron spectra.Keywords
