Abstract
Partially purified B cells from ataxia telangiectasia (A-T) patients and normal individuals were stimulated with Staphylococcus aureus Cowan I organisms (SAC). High levels of apparently random rearrangements were seen in the A-T B cells only. In addition a t(2;14)(p11;q32) rearrangement was identified in B cells from more than one patient. This publication has 27 references indexed in Scilit:
