Abstract
Calculations of temperature profiles of deuterium-fueled tokamaks using the standard point models for synchrotron radiation and a full transport model are compared. It is shown that transport of radiation has a significant effect on the profile, and that the temperature profile sensitivity to the radiation transport loss is comparable to the sensitivity to thermal conduction.Keywords
