A woman diagnosed with adenoma malignum (minimal-deviation adenocarcinoma) of the cervix with an ovarian metastasis is described. The highly malignant potential and diagnostic difficulty makes recognition of this neoplasm and the use of recent techniques to assist in diagnosis important to the practicing gynecologist. Keywords
