Abstract
β-NaSbS2 crystallizes monoclinically, C2/m, with a = 1284(2) pm, b = 582.5(8) pm, c = 581.3(3) pm, β - 118.74(7)°. In the structure there are ψ-SbS5-octahedra, which are connected by common edges to sheets separated by the Na ions.
