Abstract

We present values for the

Y_{0}^{*} (1405)

couplings to the

\bar{K} - N

and

π - Σ

channels. The relative sign is that appropriate to an

SU (3)

singlet, but the relative magnitude differs by almost a factor of 3 from the corresponding

SU (3)

prediction.
