Abstract
✓ A 17-year-old girl with unilateral blindness and exophthalmos was found to have Bonnet-Dechaume-Blanc syndrome without retinal arteriovenous communications. The arteriovenous malformation was managed by combined intracranial resection, ophthalmic artery ligation, and selective embolization of the external carotid component. Keywords
