Extraintestinal Shigellosis: Bacteremia and Paroxysmal Atrial Tachycardia

Abstract

A case of shigella bacteremia with paroxysmal atrial tachy cardia is described. The causative organism was Shigella sonnei which was also recovered from a sibling of the patient.
