Abstract
We describe a 66‐yr‐old man with angina after internal mammary artery‐coronary bypass grafting due to coronary artery steal by a sidebranch of the mammary artery. Myocardial ischemia was successfully treated by transcatheter embolization of the sidebranch.Keywords
