Abstract
A quantitative study of 8-methoxypsoralen plasma profiles in patients with psoriasis undergoing photochemotherapy shows that a poor response to the treatment may be explained in terms of abnormal pharmacokinetic behavior. Not all poor responders exhibit an abnormal pattern; for these, an alternative explanation is required.This publication has 16 references indexed in Scilit:
