Abstract
This study presents transmission spectrograms of 5 different concs. of leaf extract. There is a marked tendency to adhere to the characteristic form of the curve of the stock solution throughout the series. An analytical study made of the transmission peak at ca. 530 m[mu] presents this equation: T=99.65e-.007D . This is accompanied by a graph showing increase in transmission with decrease in conc. at the peak. A study of the absorption trough at ca. 660 m[mu] presents this equation: (d + 8.6)(T + 7.3) = C = 926. This equation is also accompanied by a graph. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
