Abstract
This is a report of proven massive infiltration of Hodgkin's disease of the lung with correlative sonographic, roentgenographic, and pathologic findings. Special emphasis is placed on the difficulties in distinguishing pleural fluid from massive tumor infiltration of the lung by Hodgkin's disease.Keywords
