A Phase Shift Analysis of Neutron-Deuteron Scattering

Abstract
A simultaneous phase shift analysis of and angular cross sections is shown to be consistent with the charge-independence hypothesis. Disagreement is found with the theoretical phase shifts of Buckingham and Massey.
