Abstract
Allosamidin, a novel insect chitinase inhibitor, was isolated from the mycelium of Streptomyces sp. It showed strong inhibitory activity against the chitinases of the silkworm, Bombyx mori, in vitro, and also insecticidal activity by preventing its ecdysis in vivo. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
