Abstract
The effects of ketoprofen suppositories were studied in an open trial in 50 patients with various rheumatic disorders. A beneficial effect was obtained in many patients and this lasted for about 8 hours after administration. Mild local irritation was the commonest side-effect but seldom led to withdrawal of treatment. Keywords
