Abstract
Ferroelectric ceramics with a low-temperature coefficient of the delay time, in Rayleigh waves, were made by compositions of 0.52 PbTiO2-0.46 PbZrO3-0.02 Pb(Cd1/2W1/2)O3 with 0.8 weight percent of MnO2. In such compositions, a magnitude of+13 ppm/deg was obtained as the surface wave propagation delay time temperature coefficient. Surface wave propagation losses were evaluated as 6 dB/cm and 14 dB/cm at frequencies of 30 and 60 MHz, respectively. The ferroelectric ceramics obtained are suitable for surface wave devices, such as TV-IF filters. Keywords
