Oligonucleotides Containing Phosphotriester Internucleotidic Groups as Novel Substrates for Polynucleotide Enzymes

Abstract
Synthetic oligonucleotides containing internal 3′,5′-phosphotriester groups have been found to act as substrates for the enzymes polynucleotide kinase induced by bacteriophage T4 and terminal deoxynucleotidyi transferase.
