Abstract
Hypoplastic heart syndromes in infancy were associated with an unusual obliterative coronary endarteritis. Only 1 case was revealed among the 16 autopsies performed over the past 10 yr on infants with the hypoplastic right heart syndrome. Grossly visible epicardial nodules at the time of autopsy prompted further investigation in this case and should be considered markers of this unusual entity. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
