Abstract
Due to its universality, speed, sensitivity, precision and reproducibility, PCR followed by fluorescence SSCP analysis represents an attractive tool for the characterization of Mhc class IIB genotypes and the estimation of DNA sequence variability of Mhc genes in natural stickleback Gasterosteus aculeatus populations. Keywords
