Abstract
THIS is a review of 25 patients bearing synovial sarcomas treated during the past ten years. These sarcomas are relatively rare, comprising approximately 8 per cent of all malignant neoplasms of the soft somatic tissues.1 2 3 4 5 Clinical FeaturesAge and SexThere were 11 males (average age, thirty-four and nine-tenths years) and 14 females (average age, thirty-five years). Synovial sarcoma affects primarily persons in the younger age groups.
