Abstract
The design of a Stark resonant cell and the microwave spectrometer used with it are described. The features of the cell are its simplicity, ease of construction, and convenient size. The method of maintaining the cell on tune is discussed. Performance is expressed in terms of results obtained for two lines in the spectrum of D2O.Keywords
