Abstract
The electromagnetic waves in a homogeneous, drifting, general, linear, anisotropic Tellegen medium are evaluated in terms of the electric and magnetic current density sources. The fields are shown to be expressible in terms of the characteristic waves of the medium. The solution is in agreement with the particular cases for a nondrifting medium worked out originally by Bunkin. Keywords
