Abstract
Single crystals of the high-temperature variety of In2Se3 have been grown by chemical vapour transport reaction with chlorine as the transporting agent. They have been characterised by X-rays, density and magnetic susceptibility measurements. Their electrical transport properties (resistivity and Hall voltage) have been studied in the temperature range 4.2-300K. The results obtained indicate that this compound exhibits a phase transition between 120 and 160K.Keywords
