Abstract
The effect of diazepam 10 mg orally was investigated on lower esophageal sphincter pressure in a random double-blind study of 9 healthy human volunteers. Barrier pressure decreased to a small but statitically significant extent. The reduction in barrier pressure was not related to the level of drowsiness. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
