Abstract
The eruption of multiple keratoacanthomas (KA) on the exposed areas of a patient with pemphigus foliaceus treated with the Brazilian tar preparation (Jamarsan) emphasizes the strong carcinogenic properties of the method. Two types of tumors occured on the light-exposed areas of the skin. Treatment with corticosteroids has decreased the necessity for local therapy with potential carcinogenic action. Keywords
