Abstract
Following the recent observation that within SU(4) of color unifying quarks with leptons there exists a simple mechanism which emphasizes the decays of a nucleon into a single lepton + mesons, it is noted that a variant of the same mechanism leads to decays of the nucleon into lepton + lepton + antilepton + mesons without any suppression in the amplitude. For an economical choice of the scalar system, nucleon decays into + mesons will, in fact, dominate over those into a single lepton + mesons.
