Abstract
Amblyopia precipitated by prismatic therapy has not been reported previously. The purpose of this paper is to report such a case where conventional full time occlusion therapy only partially resolved the prismatically induced amblyopia. The implication of this is that the visually immature child may be more prone to developing a prismatically induced amblyopia when a larger amount of prism is placed over the preferred eye. Keywords
