Abstract
This article is about the creation of a learning organization, based on the collaboration over the last three years of two organizations: Values Technology and Wallenius‐Wilhelmsen Lines. The intervention utilized and combined values measurement and business processes to create an empowered learning environment. In order to understand how the process worked, we will begin the article by an examination of what knowledge and values are about within the context of global trends. Finally, we will draw some conclusions about the creation of a learning organization, and the place of values and culture measurement for the post‐millennium organization. Keywords
