Pile neutron activation cross sections for production of ${\mathrm{Ge}}^{77}$ and ${\mathrm{Ge}}^{77m}$ have been obtained. In addition, the half-lives of ${\mathrm{Ge}}^{77}$ and ${\mathrm{Ge}}^{77m}$ have been measured as well as the $\frac{\gamma }{{\beta }^{-}}$ branching in the beta decay of ${\mathrm{Ge}}^{77m}$.
