Abstract
The relation between cervical cancer and schistosomal infection is controversial. A case of well differentiated adenocarcinoma associated with schistosomiasis of the cervix is presented. A 45-year-old female complaining of intermenstrual bleeding had a polypoid ulcerated cervical mass. Biopsy revealed well differentiated adenocarcinoma and bilharzial ova with terminal spine embedded in the tumor tissue. The relation between cancer cervix and schistosomiasis is discussed. Keywords
