Abstract
Normal rabbit sera were highly cytotoxic for chicken thymus cells. When the sera were fractionated on Sephadex G-200, the natural cytotoxic activity resided exclusively in the 1st peak. It was complement-dependent and heat stable at 56.degree.. In the serum of immunized animals the specific cytotoxic activity appeared in the 2nd peak. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
