Abstract
In 32 patients with endocrine gastrointestinal tumors angiography, CT [computed tomography], ultrasound examination and in some cases phlebography with blood sampling for hormone analyses were compared with respect to diagnosis of the primary tumor and possibly existing liver metastases. Primary tumors in the pancreas and liver metastases could be diagnosed with CT and ultrasound, except for 2 small insulinomas, which required angiography. This publication has 23 references indexed in Scilit:
