Abstract
In this note we report K-Ar dates on biotite and hornblende separated from igneous and metamorphic rocks of the Mt Falconer area (77° 34′ S, 163° 08′ E) of the Lower Taylor Valley, South Victoria Land. The study was undertaken to obtain the age of emplacement of the Mt Falconer quartz monzonite pluton as well as setting a limit on the age of metamorphism in this area. Keywords
