Abstract
The study of the distribution of the HL-A phenotypes among 55 patients suffering from Crohn''s disease did not show any significant difference compared to a control population. The same study limited to patients suffering both from Crohn''s disease and peripheral articular manifestations showed a significant increase in the frequency of the HL-A BW17.
