Abstract
Several commercially available enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits have been evaluated for the determination of pesticide residues in foods. Whilst designed for analysing residues in water, experience has shown that, with certain modifications to the way in which ELISAs are applied to food extracts, they can be used as semi-quantitative screening procedures for pesticide residues. Keywords
