Abstract
Hygroma of the neck and generalized edema appears to be characteristic of spontaneously-aborted phenotypic female fetuses that are XO. This anomaly probably is a manifestation of severe lymphatic defects which contribute to the high mortality rate of the XO conceptuses. Two cases are reported.Keywords
