Abstract
Dengue, the most common vectorborne viral infection worldwide,1 is predominantly transmitted by the Aedes aegypti mosquito. We describe a well-documented cluster of blood transfusion–associated dengue infections in Singapore, a country in which the disease is endemic.Keywords
