Abstract
The core structure of S. flexneri serotype 6 was investigated. The methods used in these studies involved methylation analysis, periodate oxidation, Smith degradation and enzymic modifications of core oligosaccharides isolated from 2 smooth strains and 4 rough mutants. The complete core region was established. This publication has 22 references indexed in Scilit:
